Our partner’s factories are all personally audited by our team on the ground and we work with factories who do not
employ workers under 16 years and provide at least minimum living wages as the basic pay on a timely basis.
Our factories do not have forced labor practices, which means that no one is forced to work overtime against their
wishes and if they do work overtime, there is an extra overtime pay allowance.
The manufacturing facilities are equipped with proper lighting & sanitation facilities and the working conditions and equipment are safe as possible to prevent work-related injuries.
Some example are that there no exposed electrical wiring / sockets, there is sufficient space between workstations, safety equipment like steel-mesh and gloves and facemask are available for use.
